Robert Jordan, DDS, has practiced dentistry in the Austin, Texas, area since 1982, and he continues to own and operate Jordan Family Dentistry in Cedar Park. Dr. Jordan relocated to a new, state-of-the-art office in 2006 in order to accommodate his growing practice. Patients of all ages seek his expert services in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. Those looking to straighten their teeth also engage his services, as Dr. Jordan remains a certified preferred provider of Invisalign.
Dr. Robert Jordan graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1982. Prior to enrolling in dental school, he served in the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Detrick in Maryland, where he worked under the Chief of Pathology as a Research Technician. Dr. Jordan and his wife, Bette Sue were married in June of 1973. Bette graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry’s Dental Hygiene program in 1976. Originally from Michigan, Bette and Dr. Jordan moved their family to Austin in 1982 and have been in practice, here, ever since.
Aside from maintaining his thriving practice and managing his staff of three dental hygienists, two assistants, and a front office team, Dr. Jordan also employs his gifts for social good. He supports, participates in, and contributes to a number of worthy causes, both in his community and across the globe. Those organizations that have benefited from his generosity include the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Lone Star Chapter, the Special Olympics, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, and the National Children's Cancer Society. In addition, Robert Jordan, DDS, has contributed to Out of the Darkness Community Walks which helps raise funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and he has donated to the Ballet Austin Guild’s Women on Their Toes event, which strives to promote Ballet Austin Guild through fundraising. Dr. Jordan, also champions outfits that support the conservation of wildlife, such as Huron Pines and the Ruffed Grouse Society.
Family has always been the leading priority in Dr. Robert Jordan’s life and he has made it the goal of his practice to project that theme throughout the office. As a husband and father to his wife and their three girls, he has always adopted the philosophy that success in close relationships with “his girls” contributes to the success of his practice. Bette has worked along side him as a Registered Dental Hygienist since he first opened his practice in 1982. Each of his daughters have worked in the office over their summer breaks while still in school, and his middle daughter, Emily joined the practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2006. Dr. Jordan feels blessed to have found staff members whom also subscribe to the same philosophy.
We consider ourselves to be a family. We understand that you are looking for the best dental care for your family and we appreciate the opportunity to set the standard of excellence in dentistry for you, here.
